Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using TurkSMM services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on TurkSMM, you automatically accept all terms listed on this page. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

TurkSMM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from the use or inability to use our services. By using TurkSMM you acknowledge: (a) you are aware of the risks of social media marketing; (b) you assume all related risks; (c) TurkSMM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES; (d) we do not guarantee any specific outcome from our SMM services.

3. Service Description & Delivery

All information in service descriptions (start time, delivery speed, estimated completion) is an estimate only. These figures may change due to unforeseen circumstances or platform limitations. TurkSMM does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

4. Order Placement & Wrong Links

You are solely responsible for entering the correct link and selecting the appropriate service. If you input a wrong link or incorrect information, the order will be processed and marked as completed. The charged amount will NOT be refunded. TurkSMM accepts no responsibility for orders placed with wrong links or settings.

5. Order Interference

Do not place multiple simultaneous orders from similar services for the same link. This may cause orders to be canceled or completed without delivery. TurkSMM accepts no responsibility for any resulting balance or service loss.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted only if: a cancel button is available in the panel; the order has not completed within the stated timeframe; or the service received is significantly different from what was ordered. Refunds will NOT be accepted for wrong links, wrong services, slow delivery, or completed orders. Execution speed, start time, and drop rate are NOT valid grounds for refund.

7. Drop Rate

Each service may have an estimated drop rate (low: 5-20%, medium: 20-50%, high: 50-100%). This is an estimate only. TurkSMM accepts no responsibility for follower, like, or view loss after delivery.

8. Prohibited Content & Account Safety

TurkSMM services must not be used for accounts or content involving violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or adult content. TurkSMM is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services.

9. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated. TurkSMM is not responsible for discrepancies caused by wrong payment amounts. Please verify all payment details before completing a transaction.

10. Platform Compliance

You agree to use TurkSMM services in compliance with all applicable social media platform terms of service (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Spotify). Any consequences from violating platform rules are solely the user's responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

TurkSMM is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, social media platform outages, internet disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

12. User Conduct

All users must communicate respectfully with TurkSMM support staff. Abusive or threatening behavior will result in immediate account suspension without refund. TurkSMM reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using our platform, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against TurkSMM.
